    Let It Be

    Does LET IT BE, mean take action, or no action?
    Usually when I hear the phrase “Let it be,” I think of it in the context of something I need to walk away from or turn my back on. If someone makes you angry, sometimes it is best to just “let it be”. Somethings are so big, and out of control that you can’t change them, no matter how much you think about them, so you need to “let it be”. You can not change your family, politics, or how people think, so just “let it be”. You know what I’m talking about.
    BUT…this morning…. (side note, I am learning to facilitate a new type of results-oriented guided meditation. I will be offering this to my clients in private sessions and in groups soon, but for now, I am practicing it myself). BUT…this morning, I was contemplating “Let It Be.” and I realized a very opposite meaning of “Let It Be” than what is normal.
    What if, we put all of the things that we are meant to do, our destiny our purpose, into “LET IT BE.” Let it be so… What if, we decided to take action on our let it be’s instead of turning our backs on them?
    How often do you self sabotage your goals, instead of letting them be? Self-sabotage comes in many forms from physical actions to subconscious thought. But we do actively engage in self-sabotage. What if you could stop that, and let yourself have all of the abundances of all that life has to offer? Because it is here for you. Just LET IT BE.
    You were born into this world, in this lifetime, for a very specific reason. Do you believe in yourself and your destiny and can you let it be, or do you prevent it from happening, mostly because you do not believe in your self, or there is an underlying fear.
    What if you knew you could not fail? Because you can’t, even though we constantly try to prove that concept wrong. What if you actually did find your true success in letting it be?
    When you are manifesting, are you able to let it be? Seriously? Sometimes we meddle in our own manifestations by dictating the how and the when. But if we can detach from what our manifestations look like, and how they come to be…if we actively decide to let go and let be, then miracles happen.
    Do you want the best relationship possible? Let it be.
    Do you want to be rich? Let it be.
    Do you want to be wildly successful in your career or business? Let it be.
    Do you want to be healthy? Let it be.
    Treat “LET IT BE” as a verb. Actively, let it be. Set your intentions to LET IT BE. See it, imagine it, feel it, taste it… let it be.
    Get out of your own way, and let it be. Let it happen. Accept what is being given to you. Accept what you are capable of. Accept yourself. and LET IT BE.

    How to Tap Into Your Intuition, Raise Your Vibration, & Support Your Immune System While Scrolling Social Media

    This is a High Vibe Experiment. Have you noticed that some people have been “coming out of the woodwork” in what they believe about this virus? People seem to be free-err to express their opinions and beliefs. I guess that is what happens when lives and our mortality is threatened.
    As usual, there are the polarizing political ideologies. There are really scary news reports. And don’t forget the conspiracy theories, about where the virus came from, the end of the world, and even the beginning of the world. As if we didn’t already have enough stress with all of this – quarantine, social distancing, lockdown, work from home, and so forth, the social media viral load is enough to make you sick.
    Fortunately, it is also enough to make you well.
    What a perfect time to tune into your body, your heart, and your intuition. Do this experiment with me.
    As you scroll through your newsfeed or pictures, pay attention to how your body reacts to particular posts. You know that if you see a beautiful sunrise or a funny meme, you do not feel stress. These are UPLIFTING because they lift you up – they raise your vibration.
    When that one person who always posts something derogatory about one political party, and your shake your head and want to say “that idiot” take a moment to feel your body collapse. Do your shoulders shrink in towards your heart to protect it? Does your spine collapse, even a little, or those stress spots on the shoulders get tight… Your vibration just went lower, your adrenals went active, and you increased the hormones of stress in your body.
    When you read that the virus was started by maleficent humans (not innocent bats), or that everyone who is not woke is going to die, and you feel your fingers go to the keyboard, and start to comment… pay attention to how you feel. I find these posts to be the most scary, and they have the biggest effect on my fear buttons than any other post.
    There certainly is plenty of news in your news feed too. Knowledge is power, and we need to understand what is happening and not ignore the facts. But now we also have to navigate whether or not the sources are trustworthy, slanted to one political ideology or the other, or are just plain untrue.
    SO, instead of getting weighed down with all of this, unfriending people, or vowing to never go on social media again, instead, take this opportunity to tune in. Tune into your heart, your body, and your intuition. RAISE YOUR VIBRATION!
    Here is the experiment, and how to raise your vibration, which BTW’s will support your immune system.
    -Be mindful of how different posts make you feel.
    -Take a deep breath, focusing your attention on your heart energy center.
    -Stay neutral when reading the post. Approach the post from a place of curiosity, and as if you are watching the scene on a movie screen.
    -Activate the hormones of joy, compassion, and gratitude.
    -Use your intuition by simply asking yourself, how the post makes you feel now.
        Do you want to read it? Do you believe it?
        Do you want to give the post more energy and good vibrations, or do you want to move on and let it energetically die off?
        Are you going to choose to wallow in the lower vibrations of fear and disease, or are you, in that instance, going to rise above it, and simply keep strolling?
    Rising your vibration will also raise your immune system. It is one of the easiest, (and least expensive) ways to stay healthy. And as you consciously choose to raise your vibration for yourself, you are contributing to the collective consciousness of health.

    Explaining Our Current State Of Divide – The Empath Vs. Narcissist Spectrum during COVID-19

    I am always looking at the big picture and asking why. What is the spiritual message? What is the point?
    I wanted to say that the manner in which we are handling the unrest in our country, is a mirror of whom we are. But mirror talk at this point seems councily, or socially accepted, even a bit woo woo. What we are seeing happening in our country (the USA anyway) is not a reflection of who we are, it is an out and out display of who we are. /God/source/you/ have created the perfect platform to let your inner you be brought into the light.
    I see our society divided into two camps – narcissists and empaths. We have seen this played out on a micro-scale, mostly in our homes and workplaces as witnessed in abusive and toxic relationships. Now we see it full-blown on social media, in the news, and in our politics.
    Stick with me. Don’t judge. Don’t categorize yourself or others. Just listen for a moment.
    Empaths tend to see the big picture and understand how the actions of 1 affect the whole. That is because when someone else is in pain, they feel the same pain. So it only makes sense that the empaths would agree that doing things like wearing a mask, social distancing, and washing your hands makes perfectly good sense.  Quarantines and lockdowns are good for the country because these actions will save lives.  As does Black Lives Matter, universal health care, and even recognizing climate change if you want to go big.
    Narcissists, on the other hand, tend to see things from a 1 person perspective, and they are always right. There is no grey area, just black and white, and they are so strong in their convictions, that they will never be swayed another way. People on this side of the spectrum are going to lean into personal rights (you can’t make me wear a mask), the economy is more important than peoples lives, I will go out where ever and whenever I want to, no ones life is more important than my own (all lives matter, I am not a racist), If I can’t get health care, neither can you, and I have a right to drive my car and therefore climate change is a hoax.
    Most people will not fall firmly onto one side or the other. We all probably have both narcissistic and empathic capabilities. (Unless someone has been diagnosed with NPD, then they are just narcissists). So I think that we can, for discussion sake, say we have a spectrum here, and most will tend to lean to one side of the spectrum or the other.
    When we look at social media posts, look at how they make you feel. I have heard a lot of people talking about the energy on social media, some are very confused, and some innately know they are right and everyone else is wrong.
    If you are feeling weird or disturbing energies, I think you lean more towards the empathetic side. You are indeed feeling -literally feeling- all of the conflict, and discord, and fright of every being. You are probably feeling dismayed, and even abused. You are feeling the grief of the world right now, and it is heavy…
    The opposite feelings are more about individual rights being more important than those of the whole. These people also feel very threatened and scared. What if their way of life or livelihood is taken away from them. Being forced to do something that you feel is wrong is incredibly scary.   They are in fight mode.
    So we have taken the co-dependent relationship between the empath and the narcissist out of the house or workplace – where it is horrible, but hidden, and into the open. We are now seeing this being played out in full force and in all it’s glory and horror.  It is on social media, in our politics, in protests, in our economy and local businesses.
    Narcissists need empaths for fuel.  Empaths feel fulfilled by trying to change narcissistic behaviors.  It is often a symbiotic relationship that destroys everyone involved.
    I have don’t answers or great advice.  I just wanted to call a spade a spade, and offer an explanation of what I see is happening, and why you may be feeling the way you are.

    Nothing Happens To You, Everything Happens From You

    “Nothing happens to you, everything happens from you.”
    I am a healer. However, it is not in my wheelhouse to heal you.
    So, how do I heal? By empowering you to heal yourself.
    I am not in your body, you are.
    If you have “tried everything” been to every Dr., had every test, tried every alternative medical route, consulted every psychic, and still have not healed, are you are blocking yourself from healing?
    It is my job to discover those blocks, clear them, and then to fully support you along your healing journey. Continuing to identify and clear every aspect of your life that is keeping you from healing.
    Remember that all of your bodies- physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic, all have to heal. By incorporating and healing all of these parts of you, your physical body remembers its own innate ability to heal. You’ve got this!
    And on this journey, not only will you heal, but you will have a transformational experience. A new, better, healthier, enlightened, powerful you will emerge.

    Navigating The Coronavirus From The Art Of Evolved Living

    From both the human side and the spiritual side, the path to navigating the coronavirus is not new news, nor are they different. The virus has made its way into our energy systems, our spiritual bodies, our subconscious minds, and for some, our physical bodies. It just has. It is here.
    However, this is a gift, an opportunity to practice what we all already know. To bring our spiritual practice into our physical world at an extraordinary rate. Merging, and not separating ourselves from either humanity, our soul or our spiritual being.
    The medical side of me is fully aware that his virus is a real threat, and that people we know may die. However, the number of people that will be tested and/or diagnosed, stats about comparing it to other illnesses, and whether or not to wear a mask are all moot points. None of the conspiracy theories, end of the world predictions, or debating where it came from matter either.
    Here are some thoughts to consider that do matter.
    1. You are likely going to either get the coronavirus, know someone who will get it, and you may be called to care for someone who has it.
    2. The survival rate is very high.
    3. Don’t panic. We are all very well informed and smart people. Do not succumb to mass hysteria.

    1. Wash your hands (the virus can live on poop for upwards of 20-30 days).
    2. Drink water throughout the day
    3. Use hand sanitizers and wipes when available
    4. Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough
    5. Don’t shake hands
    6. Lysol kills the virus on surfaces
    7. Stay about 6 feet away from other people if possible
    8. Stay positive and practice gratitude. Stress can tax our immune system. You can control your stress by how much media coverage you watch, who you talk to, and how much you engage on social media.
    9. Spend time in the sun, and get outside. It just makes you feel better.

    1. Let people have their opinions
    2. Buy toilet paper for your needs, and leave those extra packages on the shelf for your neighbor. The same for spray disinfectants, hand sensitizer, cold and flu medicine, pasta, and everything else.
    3. If you, someone you know, your kids, etc have been exposed to someone who has it, or if they are showing symptoms, stay away from those at risk. What today is an annoyance or small inconvenience, could save a life.
    4. If you are self quarantined or practicing social distancing, do it out of love for others, not out of fear of the virus.
    5. Be creative in handling and navigating your situations. Use technology to stay connected.
    6. Do not live in fear or give in to fear. Fear is a lower energy. This is an excellent time to create and live in the reality that you are in charge – because you are. Fear produces stress hormones (fight or flight). If we live in a constant state of fear, our adrenals will give out, and our immune systems become compromised.
    7. You have the power within you to manage this well. Yes, the virus is contagious, but so is your sensibility, your attitude, your love, and your power.
    All of the thoughts above are based on sound scientific footing. The medical intuitive side and healer part of me also has some insight I have gained by listening to and observing the virus. Keep reading if you are interested.
    1. This is a high vibe virus. Many in the spiritual community have said that viruses are low vibe, dark, meant to bring us down, and so forth. Not this one. The coronavirus, which leads to COVID-19 (just like HIV leads to AIDS), is high vibe.
    We are not meant to defeat the virus (fear), but rather, the invitation is to rise up to meet it. To envelop this virus. To join it. .
    2. Raise your vibration.
    1. Practice gratitude
    2. Be compassionate
    3. Have empathy
    4. Think of your neighbor, and how your actions affect every other human on the planet.
    5. Slow down, pause, re-organize.
    6. Spend time in nature
    7. Use the “downtime” to pray, meditate, and reconnect to the people around you.
    8. Don’t try to suppress your negative feelings, but rather, navigate through them.

    1. Clean your house, clean your car, declutter, disinfect, take out the trash, eat healthily, care for your self, and those you love.
    2. Clean up your mind, your body, and your soul. Live in integrity, be compassionate, weed out the bullshit in your life, remember what is important, honor your body.

    5. Use FB and social media to care for people, and show them compassion. Don’t argue.
    6. Change your attitude if necessary. The more we take care of each other, the faster we will heal.
    7. The virus is here to aid us in our ascension, where ever you are on the path.
    8. View the presence of the virus as the tremendous opportunity it is, especially for us as healers. This is our call to action – to step up, step into what is greater than what we have seen so far.
    9. We are all invited to step out of 3D and into higher dimensional ways of living.
    10. Our DNA and our immune systems are getting an upgrade. Celebrate that.
    This virus is powerful. More powerful than the common cold, or the flu. Do not underestimate it. It has the ability to be more deadly, and more prevalent than other respiratory diseases we have.
    This virus has the power to bring entire cultures to its knees. It has already disrupted world economies and has already changed our normal daily lives. It also has the power to quickly help all of humanity to evolve and grow.
    I am not afraid of the virus. I do not believe I am going to get sick, but if I do get sick, I’ll be OK. I also have a tremendous amount of respect and humility for this virus. I intend to fully step into ALL that it has to offer. AND, I am stepping up in vibration, not down.
    We all have a choice here. To stay in lower vibrations of fear and panic and dis-ease, or to see this as a gift, and a direct path to a more evolved life.
